Getting started开始使用

Choose a photo folder选择照片文件夹

After opening the app, click Choose folder at the top and select the folder you want to organize. All operations apply to this folder.打开软件后，点击顶部的「选择文件夹」按钮，选中你要整理的照片文件夹。之后所有操作都针对这个文件夹。

1 · Organize photos / videos一、整理照片 / 视频

Options整理选项

• Move files — checked = move; unchecked = copy and keep originals.移动文件：勾选则移动，取消则复制并保留原件。
• Recurse subfolders — include photos in subfolders.递归处理子文件夹：包含子文件夹里的照片。
• Preview mode — see the result only, without moving anything.预览模式：只看整理效果，不实际移动。
• Use cache — faster on repeat runs or when resuming.使用缓存加速：重复运行或断点续跑时更快。

How dedup works去重说明

Duplicates are judged by actual file content (SHA-256 hash), not filename. Only byte-identical files count; they move to a dedicated Duplicates folder instead of being directly deleted. A RAW and its JPG differ in content, so they are not treated as duplicates.软件按文件的实际内容（计算 SHA-256 哈希）判断重复，而非文件名。只有内容完全相同才算重复，并移入专门的「重复文件」目录，而不是直接删除。RAW 和 JPG 内容不同，不会被当作重复。

Folder structure & video目录结构与视频

• Choose year-month / type or images|videos / type / year-month.可选「年-月/类型」或「图片|视频/类型/年-月」。
• Videos file separately, with three dedup levels — Off (fastest), Fast (size + head/tail sampling), Full (byte-exact, most accurate).视频单独归类，去重三档——不检查（最快）、快速（大小 + 头尾采样）、完整（逐字节哈希，最准但慢）。

Click Start to run, or Preview result to see the effect first. Open folder shows the result.点「开始整理」执行，或「预览整理结果」先看效果。「打开文件夹」可查看结果。

2 · Cull RAW by JPG二、用 JPG 筛 RAW

Use JPGs as previews to pick photos; after deleting the JPGs you don't want, pull out the matching RAWs:用 JPG 作预览图挑照片，删掉不要的 JPG 后，把对应的 RAW 一并挑出：

• Click Build pairing table — the app scans and records the JPG↔RAW mapping.点「建立配对表」，软件扫描并记录 JPG 与 RAW 的对应关系。
• Cull with JPGs in your library, deleting the ones you don't want.在图库里用 JPG 挑片，删掉不要的 JPG。
• Click Preview to see the list of RAWs to be pulled out.点「预览待回收」查看将被挑出的 RAW 清单。
• Click Move RAWs to move them into the RAW-to-process folder.点「执行回收」把对应的 RAW 移入「待处理RAW」文件夹。

Correct order: organize first → build the pairing table on the organized folders → delete JPGs → move RAWs. The table records file positions at build time.正确顺序：先整理 → 再对整理后的文件夹建配对表 → 删 JPG → 回收。配对表记录建表那一刻的文件位置。

3 · Review · Cull三、选片 · 预览

Click Open reviewer for the full-screen big-photo culling interface.点「打开选片器」进入全屏大图选片界面。

Keyboard shortcuts键盘快捷键

• 1–5 rate stars给照片打星级
• P mark keep  ·  X mark reject  ·  0 clear标记留用  ·  X 标记剔除  ·  0 清除标记
• ← → previous / next  ·  Space zoom上一张 / 下一张  ·  空格 放大

Interface界面说明

• Top bar offers Filter (e.g. high-ISO only).顶部可切换「筛选」（如只看高 ISO 的照片）。
• Top-right toggles Thumbnail mode (fast paging) or Full mode (clearer, for detail).右上角切换缩略图（翻页快）或全画质（更清晰，看细节）。
• The right Shot info panel shows live time, aperture, shutter, ISO, focal length, lens.右侧「拍摄信息」面板实时显示时间、光圈、快门、ISO、焦距、镜头。

Marks only record — files aren't moved. When done, Move rejected out moves the "reject" photos (undoable). First browse builds a thumbnail cache in the background to speed up paging; it can be cleared anytime.标记只是记录，不会移动文件。选完后点「把剔除的移入待处理」一键移走（可撤销）。首次浏览会在后台建立缩略图缓存以加速翻页，可随时清理。

4 · Export selection四、导出选片结果

After culling, export your results — all copies, originals untouched, destination is yours to choose:选完片后可导出成果，都是复制、不动原始照片，导出位置由你指定：

• Copy top picks (★≥4) to a folder you specify.复制精选（★≥4）到你指定的文件夹。
• Export CSV list with each photo's stars, mark, and shot parameters.导出清单 CSV，含每张照片的星级、标记和拍摄参数。
• Split by star — copy into ★5, ★4, … subfolders.按星级分文件夹——把照片按星数复制到 ★5、★4 等子文件夹。

Health check / HTML report整理前体检 / HTML 报告

A library overview or a polished web report — format distribution, yearly trends, orphan-RAW detection. Report language is selectable (English default, Chinese optional).了解图库概况，或生成可视化网页报告——格式分布、年份趋势、RAW 孤儿检测等。报告语言可选（英文默认，也可选中文）。

Blur detection模糊废片检测

Choose Conservative, Balanced, or Aggressive. Detection lists thumbnail candidates with paths and sharpness scores; it does not move anything automatically. Review all listed candidates with P/X, export CSV in Pro, or explicitly move checked candidates to a language-specific folder with recorded Undo. A unique same-name RAW is included only after confirmation.可选保守、均衡或激进档位。检测以缩略图、路径和清晰度分数列出候选，不会自动移动。可用 P/X 复核全部已列候选、在 Pro 导出 CSV，或明确勾选后移入跟随语言的独立文件夹并记录 Undo；唯一同名 RAW 也只会在确认后一起处理。

Clean system junk清理系统垃圾

Scan system-generated helper junk (macOS ._, .DS_Store; Windows Thumbs.db, desktop.ini), preview the exact list, then confirm moving it to the system Trash. Media and Talteen caches are excluded; cache removal is a separate command.扫描系统生成的辅助垃圾（macOS 的 ._、.DS_Store，Windows 的 Thumbs.db、desktop.ini），预览准确清单后再确认移入系统回收站。媒体和 Talteen 缓存会被排除；缓存清理是独立操作。

Batch rename批量重命名

Check the naming fields you want (date, time, model, aperture, shutter, ISO, focal, lens) and drag to reorder — the order is the order of parts in the filename — with a live example below. RAW and JPG keep matching names.勾选想要的命名字段（日期、时间、机型、光圈、快门、ISO、焦距、镜头），直接拖动列表项即可调整顺序（顺序就是文件名中各部分的先后），下方实时显示示例。RAW 和 JPG 会保持同名。

Camera models are auto-prettified (e.g. ILCE-7CM2 → A7C2). The mapping file bundles ~190 popular cameras and is editable.机型名会自动美化（如 ILCE-7CM2 显示为 A7C2）。映射表内置约 190 款主流相机，也可自行编辑。

Undo & clear cache撤销与清理缓存

Undo last operation reverts the most recent organize / cull / rename; the app shows the actual number of reversible files. Clear cache removes the current folder's thumbnail and speed caches (with confirmation) — it doesn't touch your photos.「撤销上一次操作」还原最近的整理 / 筛选 / 重命名，软件会显示实际可撤销的文件数。「清理缓存」清除当前文件夹的缩略图和加速缓存（带确认），不影响你的照片。

The Account · Version tab shows the app version, documentation, and feature licensing status — and is where you enter a Pro key to unlock the professional features.「账户·版本」标签页查看软件版本、说明文档，以及功能授权状态——也是输入激活码解锁专业功能的地方。

7 · Personalization七、个性化设置

• Font size — Small / Medium / Large; the whole UI scales, and the setting is remembered.字号：小 / 中 / 大三档，整个界面按比例缩放，设置会被记住。
• Theme — seven built-in schemes: Cinematic Dark Gold (default), Dark Tech, Light, Midnight, Forest, Warm, and High Contrast.主题：内置电影暗金（默认）、深色科技、浅色清爽、午夜深蓝、护眼墨绿、暖褐米色和高对比七套配色。
• Language — 简体中文, English, Suomi, switchable anytime.语言：简体中文、English、Suomi 随时切换。

About data files关于数据文件

The app creates hidden thumbnail/cache data, selection records .talteen_picks.json, and operation history .talteen_history. Clear cache removes rebuildable thumbnail and organize caches only; it does not erase selections or Undo history.软件会创建隐藏缩略图/整理缓存、选片记录 .talteen_picks.json 和操作历史 .talteen_history。「清理缓存」只删除可重建缓存，不会清除选片记录或 Undo 历史。

If you used an earlier version (formerly MediaKeeper), these helpers auto-migrate to the new name on first run — your records and cache are preserved, no manual steps.若你使用过早期版本（旧名 MediaKeeper），这些辅助文件会在首次运行新版时自动迁移到新名字，选片记录、缓存等不会丢失，无需手动操作。
