End User License Agreement

Effective: 4 August 2026 · Licensor: Yuzhuo Su / Talteen · enzo.su@hotmail.com

License grant

Subject to these terms, the licensor grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Talteen Pro for personal or internal professional photography work on no more than two activated computers.

Ownership

Talteen and its original code, design and documentation remain the property of the licensor. Third-party components remain under their respective licenses. Purchase does not transfer source-code ownership.

Restrictions

You may not resell or publicly distribute Talteen or a license key, rent access, remove proprietary notices, or use the software unlawfully. Statutory rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.

File operations and backups

Talteen can move, copy, rename and analyze files selected by the user. Organizing and culling do not directly delete photos or videos. Confirmed system-junk cleanup uses the operating-system Trash; cache cleanup permanently removes rebuildable cache. Undo depends on recorded paths remaining accessible and unmodified. Maintain an independent backup and test important workflows on copies.

Availability and warranty

The software is provided subject to mandatory consumer guarantees. Except for rights that cannot be excluded, no workflow, metadata result or heuristic blur result is guaranteed to be error-free; suspected blur always requires human review.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talteen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Termination

Pro access may be disabled for a refunded, fraudulent or materially breached order, subject to mandatory rights. The user’s media remains the user’s property.
