Desktop application
Talteen processes the photos and videos you select locally on your computer. Talteen does not upload those media files to a Talteen server. Free media-management functions do not require a Talteen account.
Pro licensing
When you activate or validate Pro, Talteen sends the license key and an installation label to Lemon Squeezy’s HTTPS License API. Lemon Squeezy may return order, product, variant, customer, license-status and activation-instance data. Talteen stores the license key, instance identifier, device-bound identifier and validation time locally to provide activation and limited offline use. Deactivation sends the license key and instance identifier to release that activation.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases and processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, refunds, chargebacks and license delivery under its own buyer terms and privacy policy. Talteen uses the minimum order and license status needed for support, refunds, device resets and fraud prevention.
Website and reviews
The website uses self-hosted fonts and does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers process ordinary network logs. If the review board is enabled and you submit a review, it processes the nickname, message and score you provide, submission time, country supplied by the edge network, and a salted IP hash for abuse prevention and moderation. Approved reviews may be published.
Retention
- Local license data remains until deactivation, application-data removal or replacement.
- Order and license support records remain as needed for the contract, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
- Review content remains until removed by Talteen or following a valid deletion request, subject to legal obligations.
- Support messages are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing enzo.su@hotmail.com. Payment, tax and transaction records may need to be retained by Lemon Squeezy or as required by law.
International processing and security
Lemon Squeezy, hosting and security providers may process data outside your country. Talteen minimizes collected data, restricts administrative access and does not intentionally store payment-card details.
