Refund Policy
Fourteen-day request window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Talteen does not operate as described on a published supported system and support cannot resolve the issue. Duplicate purchases and accidental duplicate charges are also eligible for review.
How to request
Email enzo.su@hotmail.com with the order email, order number, operating system, Talteen version and a description of the problem. Do not send original photographs or private file paths unless support specifically requests a redacted test example.
Processing and license status
Lemon Squeezy processes approved refunds as merchant of record. Banking time may delay when funds appear. A fully refunded or charged-back order may have its related Pro license disabled.
Mandatory rights and merchant action
This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its buyer terms and chargeback-prevention procedures.
